Having gotten 1.4 now working on Etch in a Xen Server 5.5 environment I now
need to set up my MARC templates and am confused on where to go. I've done a
quick google search but got far enough to read a post that suggested this
template is now handled by the DB. So before I bang my head too much
was wondering how i could make the opensrf processes sleep. they
dont seem to sleep after i restart the evergren system with
start_all works but it doesnt work in my startup script which
contains the same thing. i am using evergreen 1.2.2 and htis is
resulting in my evergreen system not
