We were having trouble using the authority batch import. The whole process would move along without incident until it came to the progress bar. Then it would sit at 0% and do nothing indefinitely. Last week, we upgraded to 1.4.0.6, and now the progress bar moves a little bit, but then it stalls

We are having a problem with record buckets in version 1.4.0.6. Items are added to the bucket one day, and then there are duplicates (sometimes 2, 3 or even 4) in the bucket the next day. Is anyone else having this problem? If so, what have you done to fix it? Also (please forgive my

Is anyone else having trouble getting Evergreen to reingest downloaded MARC records? I download them, and can view them immediately thereafter or by searching by record number. Otherwise, they are lost inside the database. If anyone else is having that problem, what have you done to fix it? We

Chris, None of our libraries have reported duplicated titles. However, most of us create and use the buckets on the same day so it may be that we just don't use the buckets in a way to see the error. Also, have you tried refreshing the bucket in case it is a display or sync issue? Refresh a
