Before it was a manual process and we're having some issues with getting
Evergreen bookings to work for us.

I'm trying to connect to a different demo server but I can't figure out how
to change the IP address of the server target in the windows client. It
keeps trying to connect to the server I used previously (even though I've
uninstalled everything).
