we have successfully set up the date format using the Library Settings
Editor
However, we have not found yet the currency setting for the patron
billing interface in the web staff client (see the attachment).
There is "currency" string used in some TT2 templates (e.g.,
I don't think this is in heavy use yet but I'm a big proponent of us
creating a space on the community wiki for people to share their formulas
and how they work.
