Hi Beth,
Here's a link to the thread I think you're thinking of:

The last message in the thread has a couple of examples of database queries

Hi Beth,
Yes, this is possible (with caveats). It's still a manual process,
though.
The gist is this:
1. Create a config.org_unit_setting_type which has the same values as the
config.workstation_type you want to replace.
2. Populate the actor.org_unit_setting for the new org unit setting from
Evergreen libraries,
I remember some discussion about deployment of custom column settings but
can't find the email. We are on 3.4.1 and I am wanting to know if there is
any way I can set all workstations at one org unit to the same column
settings.

Hi Diane,
The Manage Reservations screen is new as of Evergreen 3.4.
If you are on a previous version of Evergreen, I suspect the best option
would be to run a report. You would want a report of Booking Reservations
that includes the pickup_lib (Pickup Library) field, probably limited to
your
Hi, Terran -
Where do we find Manage Reservations? I don't see it in the Bookings tab or
the Admin tab.
Thanks.

We're only just beginning to experiment with this module, but if you go
into "Manage Reservations" and select the consortium plus descendants will
it show you the current locations?

Good morning -
Booking items aren't in the searchable catalog. Is there a way to find an
item's current location? For example, once we send the Rug Doctor to a
branch, we can't search Evergreen to find where it is. We could keep a
paper record but that defeats the purpose of an ILS. What are we
Before we went any further, I am curious if there is a permission in Evergreen
that would allow patrons to suspend arrived holds? If so, is there any concern
about implementing it? In other words, does it negatively affect other aspects
of holds?
We would like to allow patrons to suspend
Hi Diane,
I had found the information for most of those but had missed Ray County so
thank you, I'm glad to have a more complete list!

Diane,
That could potentially be done with an action trigger. The trigger could be
set up like an overdue notification at 72 hours, but the template could be
configured to send the notification to a staff member's email instead of,
or in addition to the patron's email.
The tricky part is to get
I forgot about this! Maybe someone from Missouri already replied but here
is the list of libraries that migrated to Missouri Evergreen in 2019. I
would have to search through old emails to find collection sizes and patron
counts. If you need that information, let me know.
