Hi folks,
At least two of our member libraries in the Maine Balsam Consortium are
perplexed and vexed. I've copied their problem below in hopes someone in

Good morning,
Ihe error message copied below was received when I tried importing a bib record
for a DVD set Earth2. This is the third time I've encountered the error
message, each time when trying to import a DVD bib record. Any suggestions as
to what's triggering it and how I might work
