Seems to me it depends on how your reports retrieve
We were wondering how Evergreen records circulation stats. If an item is
sent from one branch to another for a patron to sign out, does Evergreen
record the check out as a statistic for the lending branch or the owning
branch? When the item is renewed, which branch gets the stat?

Seems to me it depends on how your reports retrieve data from
Evergreen. In the circulation table, Evergreen records the library
where the item was circulated from (the lending branch) but you can
also retrieve either the item's circulating library or item's volume's
