Hi, Some of our libraries use a processing fee in addition to replacement costs for Lost material. It works fine.
We are investigating a fee based on the payment type such as credit card. Has anyone implemented an automatic fee that is in addition to fines and replacement costs or do you know how this might be done? Have you based this fee on the type of payment used? Thanks.
