In 3.5 there's a new feature that can be turned on to email/text staff
about pending patrons -

I'm not aware of anything similar for the Holds Pull List, though I
can see a similar alert being useful there too.

With staff now being more mobile during Curbside and other activities, they are
not spending as much time at a workstation to check the Pull List and Pending
Patron consistently.
Is there a way that staff can get emails when there are new Pull List items and
Pending Patrons?
