To choose a Web Client documentation task for tomorrow's docs hacking day,
go here:

And look for the "FIX ME" tag in the first column. Also look for chapters
where the first column is blank and the second column is blank (or has
notes other than "DONE" or "NO CHANGE").

[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Evergreen Oversight Board Call for Nominations

There are about two weeks left.

The nomination period for the 2018 Evergreen Oversight Board (EOB) elections
is now underway.  Information about the Board and what it does for the
community can be found on the governance page
.  This coming year we will be
transitioning to a our own non-profit with support from MOBIUS.

Three (3) seats on the board are open this year for a three-year term.
Nominations may be made by any individual who has contributed to Evergreen
or who is employed by an institution that runs Evergreen. Email nominations
and self-nominations can be sent to the Evergreen Oversight Board mailing
list
.


If you have questions or would like information about what it means to be
on the board, you are welcome to contact the Nominating Committee by
sending an email to Tim Spindler (tspind...@cwmars.org), Scott Thomas (
scott.tho...@sparkpa.org), or Mike Rylander ( mi...@equinoxinitiative.org).
After confirming the nominees, the committee will announce their names to
the Evergreen Community general discussion list and ask each nominee to
contribute a brief statement regarding their interest in serving on the EOB.

The deadline for nominations is 5 p.m. Pacific, *March 20, 2017*.

The voter registration period for the 2018 Evergreen Oversight Board
elections is now underway.  Information about the Board and what it does
for the community can be found on our governance page

To be eligible to vote in the elections, you must either be an individual
who has contributed code, documentation, or other work to the Evergreen
Project, or you must be employed by an institution that is contributing to
the project by virtue of running Evergreen.

Please register to vote  by
completing this short survey no later than 5PM Pacific, *March 20, 2017*.

The election will be held March 26 - April 17.  We will be using an online
voting mechanism such as OpaVote where voters select their top 3 choices.
