In the old client, we could specify which items we wanted to print out on the
receipt. (Print Item Receipt or Print Receipt) In the web client (3.0.6) it
seems we are only able to print all of the items out for a patron. Has anyone
found a workaround for this?

I think this was addressed here:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1733590
It was released for the 3.0 series in 3.0.12.
