The PINES libraries that are taking payments via the OPAC are all using Stripe. I don't recall the details of what the fees amount to, but when we reviewed the various options, Stripe had the lowest fees and the easiest setup. Hi Katie, The PINES Libraries are using STRIPE and are very pleased with it. The cost is $.35 per transaction plus 3 percent I believe ( I would have to look to be sure about the percentage). We are looking to begin a point of sale but have not as of yet. We do have libraries that have a kiosk

We use Authorize.net and are happy with it. I don't know what the fees are. It is used 99% of the time for online payment of bills from home. We have occasionally handled the patron's card at the circ desk to pay nonresident fees and are planning to expand the credit card option to include Friends
