[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Reminders for expiring cards

Does anyone use a method for reminding patrons that their library card is soon expiring? We are having patrons who primarily use Overdrive contact us and say there is an error or block on their account (due to their card expiring). I didn't know if there was a feature to send out a courtesy email

We have been using the self check feature for a few months now. The only issue we had was receipts not printing. This was because popups were blocked in Google Chrome. Make sure you unblock them and it will work beautifully. [image: logo] *Vince Giordano* *Director**, Juniata County Library* 717
