Hi Debbie

Thanks, we are on 3.1.  It sounds like what’s happening to me. I didn’t think 
to look at the bugs because it worked when it was set at the consortium level.

We are update to 3.3 later this month so I will wait.

What version are you on?  It sounds like you might be hitting this bug, which 
was fixed with 3.0.10 and 3.1.4:
