Thanks for your question, Jason.  I plan to ask attendees if they're
okay with our meeting being recorded.  If so, we'll use that;
otherwise we will share our conversation with y'all in some other way
(e.g. notes, minutes).

The first meeting of the Evergreen Student Success Working Group will
be at 11am Pacific / 12pm Mountain / 1pm Central / 2pm Eastern on
Friday, 16 February.  I recognize that this time doesn't work for
