Hi Diane, There is a bug on the Group Member Details page ( https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1642036) that isn't quite fixed yet so that you have to refresh the browser window before you can see the group members.
However, that page is also missing an action to merge patrons, which I have on my to-do list to report as another bug - I'll get that done momentarily. There is a Merge Patrons option on the patron search results page, but we often need to get to it from the Group page as well.
