It is the only message. The same message is logged in /var/log/message. OS version is RHEL 6.7. I am using the open iSCSI version shipped along with RHEL 6.7 which is iscsi-initiator-utils-6.2.0.873-21.el6.x86_64 Regards, -Vimol On Friday, September 9, 2016 at 3:05:55 PM UTC-7, The Lee-Man

You are getting an empty error message? That alone sounds like an issue. Are there any other error messages in your messages file during that same time? What OS and version of open-iscsi are you using? On Friday, September 9, 2016 at 2:27:16 PM UTC-7, Vimol Kshetrimayum wrote: > > I am getting

I am getting sometime the following message in the console. - Message from syslogd@localhost at Sep 7 14:30:13 ... iscsid: - Is there any way to disable broad casting this message in the console? Would it be possible to control it from rsyslog.conf. If yes, how I can do it ?
