Hi All... Here goes a very simple question...
I have 12 clients, each one with several active iscsi sessions in different targets. In one of those clients, I have made a new partition in a given device. The problem is that that new partition doesn't appear for all the other clients, even after trying to refresh the iscsi sessions using "iscsiadm -m session -R" in all the clients. Is there a way to make that new partition available to all clients without having to logout and login from the present iscsi session? If not, this is a problem because I simply can not stop the present iscsi sessions, even if for some small minutes. Some important details: 1) I'm using iscsi-initiator-utils-6.2.0.868-0.18.el5_3.1 distributed with Scientific Linux SL release 5.3 (Boron) 2) My kernel version is [r...@core24 ~]# uname -a Linux core24.ncg.ingrid.pt 2.6.18-128.1.16.el5xen #1 SMP Tue Jun 30 07:06:24 EDT 2009 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux 3) Because I'm using IBM DS3300 targets, IBM support forced me to use the LSI RDAC driver. Here is the some reference docs: http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/systems/topic/liaai/rdac/BPMultipathRDAC.pdf Thanks in Advance Cheers Goncalo --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "open-iscsi" group.
