Opening this back up again, recently Mellanox released official OFED 2.0 
for XCP 1.6 / Xenserver.

Unfortunately iser connection still fail, the following is the results of

 Yes, I use ofed.
Unfortunately, the dist comes without any ib_ modules. Open-iscsi over tcp 
works out-of-the-box.

thanks for your help. I could solve the problem.
I fetched 
http://www.mellanox.com/downloads/ofed/MLNX_OFED_LINUX-1.5.3-3.1.0-xenserver-i686.iso.
I could adapt these sources for my kernel version.

 Yes, I use ofed.
 Unfortunately, the dist comes without any ib_ modules. Open-iscsi over tcp

 I think I use iscsi modules from dist and ib_* modules from ofed.
