You're going to need to be more detailed than that.

So you are running open-iscsi on a CentOS 6 system, and you have a server 
somewhere using LIO and targetcli as your target.

And all works fine until what happens? How does it happen? Are there error 
messages on either system?

What filesystem are you running on top of this target on your initiator? 
Some filesystems become read-only when they detect errors.

I have 3 CentOS 6 connecting to a ISCSI server with Targecli suddenly one 
of then lost connection and my mounted partition have they filesystem go to 
read-only.
