================================ *JOB DESCRIPTIONS:-* * Clinical:* We need a Senior BA for lead 2 other BA’s work in the complex Apollo program • Advise IT management, Project leaders and customers by providing directions on IT technology, opportunities and market trends. • Work with cross-functional teams to elicit & document accurate, comprehensive business requirements and functional specifications (Develop advanced engineering business documentation, designs and plans for implementing solutions). • Assist the business on process analysis and improvement, organizational change or strategy to meet business requirements. • Significant experience in leading analysis in large international projects • Ability to provide technical leadership and support to other analysts • BS/MS/MBA or equivalent • Large/Proven experience as a business analyst working in a technical environment. • Experience of working face to face and remotely with customers from IT, the Business and Vendors. • Ability to analyse and document business processes together with an understanding and an ability to convey the resulting product requirements and implications. • Knowledge of structured analysis methods.
