In-person *JOB DESCRIPTION:* TV Distribution has a 6 month project for a Sales to Finance project where we are retiring aging Mainframe platforms and centralizing several apps to a TV ODS web based application. Knowledge of cross functional understanding of core line of business processes and value chain services (i.e. Title & Rights, Sales, Marketing -how it relates to distribution, Operations, Distribution, Finance AR) *Ideal candidate should have prior experience with the following:* · AGILE Methodology · TV Distribution or Home Entertainment life cycle Distribution (International or Domestic) · Rights Management · Order to Cash · Finance AR · Big 4 or similar type background within Media and Entertainment · SAP IPM or similar IP experience *The Business Analyst* will be dedicated to project work for TV Distribution IT and serves as a primary interface to the business users, with the guidance from either a senior business analyst or business relationship manager to assist the ADM teams in understanding the business processes, workflows, and information requirements of the users. The Business Analyst will primarily serve in the support of the current and future applications and the requirement analysis process. Providing consulting on reactive, proactive and enhancement support services, as well as testing services to one or many applications. *Responsibilities include the following:* • Collect, review, analyze, manage, system and user requirements from business users • Document detailed functional & data business requirements, process flows, use cases, & information needs • Work with the ADM technical leads to clarify functional requirements. • Primary liaison to QA team, create test scenarios and perform UAT. • Serve as a liaison to other teams in planning, coordination, development and deployment of multi-team enhancement or projects • Ensures delivery of project and enhancement requirements meet the requirements defined by the business customer • Accountable for ensuring training needs are met for new or existing applications *Qualifications and/or Experience Required* • Experience in the Entertainment Industry • Good technology background • Strong Functional Specifications Documentation Skills a must • Evidence of business acumen in order to communicate effectively with business and IT in day-to-day operations and delivery of IT services.
