Proficient in developing Use Cases. Knowledge of the full software development life cycle. Familiarity with relational database design. Minimum 4 years experience in business/systems analysis *Required Skills:* *The most important skill set is Ability to Prototype using XHTML/CSS.* Need to have strong relational database experience.
