Position: Business Intelligence Architect Location: Orange County CA.
Duration: 6 months. *Job Description* Looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Sr Developer/Lead/Architect with at least 5 years of experience in BI/data warehouse environments. The developer will design and implement dashboards and ad hoc reports to support a global reporting platform consisting of Siebel Analytics, Oracle OBIEE, Oracle 8i and DB2. The candidate should also be well versed in data modeling for data warehouse and reporting purposes. This person will interact directly with end users, business analysts, project managers, and off shore technical resources. Job Summary - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to work effectively and independently in a team environment. - Analyze business processes and project requirements to build and improve new and existing technology. - Interface directly with customers to identify report scenarios, analysis and dashboard designs. - Ability to understand the client's business models and apply knowledge by assisting the user communities in developing report requirements. - Production support and maintenance of BI functional solutions & reporting platforms.
