These documents will be published on a secure site, however, we also want to make sure that viewed documents have specific controls (view only, view&print, etc.) and that the information can not be retrieved off a local computer by un-authorized individuals. The Print2Flash software provides most of what we need. This project is to add a system assigned and managed authorization key and key verification process. We have to construct a web service (described in the document under option 2 and Q&A emails). We believe Java is the best choice because we want the program to be cross-platform compatible.
