Citrix Engineer Plano, TX 12 Months Job Description: Provide senior level Citrix support in an enterprise environment. Engineering new run applications on Presentation Server 4 and provide baseline support to users including working with customers and application teams to resolve issues. Responsible for Implementation of best practice procedures, maintenance, ticket management, 3rd level support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for Presentation Server 4.0 farm, TS Win2k, TS Win2k3, Citrix Web Interface, SQL 2005, and some Active Directory support. Skill Sets * Five + years experience, Citrix CCA desired, and Microsoft certifications desired * Experience supporting Citrix Presentation Server 4 and Citrix Web Interface 4, Strong understanding of Windows. * Experience in Peregrine ticket management tool, supporting customers, Solid understanding of LAN/WAN/VPN. * Experience with network analysis tools and troubleshooting techniques, * Excellent documentation skills. * Working knowledge of Active Directory and GPOs, Excellent technical and interpersonal skills.
