Telecom Analyst Somers, NY 3 Months Working within the Telecom End User Services group (EUS), the role of Telecom Associate is to assist in the baseline work with the EUS Telecom team. The Telecom Associate needs to be highly skilled in MS office application products, knowledgeable about Cell Phones, Smart Phones, Pagers, Calling Cards and Audio / Web Conferencing. Telecom Associate must have a proven track record of using industry best practices in a customer service helpdesk environment. The Telecom Associate must demonstrate the ability to coordinate and implement new product rollouts in alignment with enterprise plan and strategy.
