Role: MDM Engineer Duration: About 5 Months Location: NY, NY Only Candidates with GC/EAD-GC/USC Job Description: The MDM Engineer's assignments will include but are not limited to the following: • Designing, testing and deploying mobile device profiles using AirWatch • Testing, configuring and blacklisting/whitelisting mobile apps for agency use • Defining and managing functional user groups within AirWatch • Installing / uninstalling mobile apps using AirWatch • Mobile device troubleshooting and support using TeamViewer • Configuring and troubleshooting mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops • Setup encryption and security policies on mobile devices using AirWatch • Working with Microsoft Access database, Microsoft Excel and other software to create reports and documentation as needed • Creating geo-fencing reports when necessary with data from Field Force Manager • Using ManageEngine ServiceDesk+ to process asset and ticket data • Create technical documents for technician reference and user reference guides for mobile device use as needed • Support field technicians for asset related issues.
