This role would include more application level administrative tasks in addition to the system level administration. This would not necessarily include mundane things like setting user and group permissions one by one, but would include things like researching the best way to propagate user and group permissions between various environments via scripting or automation. This person would ideally be our CQ administrative specialist, submitting support tickets and taking point on communications with CQ support, gleaning from the experience of others on the CQ knowledge base and forums, keeping us up to date on patches and so forth.
