This person will be cross trained on 4 applications which are all used internally by the customer service team, Tier 1 and 2 Helpdesk, Engineering team and Retention teams. They will be expected to develop on the full stack. This person will be responsible for defining, developing, testing, analyzing and maintaining new software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements. They will be responsible for writing, coding, testing and analyzing software programs and applications.
