*Functional SAP HCM Location: Atlanta, GA Length: 6 months Rate: $50/hr all inc. Interview: Phone* ** *Duties and Responsibilities:* Support production configuration and functional change requests. Support business implementations by performing in a consultative manner and make best practice recommendations for both business process and configuration. Conduct configuration changes to accommodate change requests and prototype activities as may be applicable and assigned by the SAP HR and Payroll Manager in the areas of PA, OM, Performance Management, Competency Management, Learning Management, Compensation and Succession Planning. Ensuring adherence to Rowan SDLC methodology, change control, and compliance requirements. Create plans and lead QA/test activities for configuration/development activities. Work with the Business Analyst and the client to identify their requirements, design enhancements and functionality to help meet user requirements. Organize and facilitate problem-solving discussions with the client, internal operations team, and project managers to resolve issues requiring a focused approach to maintain project continuity and requirements.
