4+ years’ experience in *Performance Test Monitoring tools*.
Strong understanding of .*Net 4.5, Windows 2003-2008R2 and SQL 2005, 2008,
2012* AlwaysOn environments.

*Education & Certifications*
Bachelor's Degree required in Information Technology or equivalent.
7+ years’ experience in Performance test team leadership, architecting and
analysis.
5+ years’ experience in Development and Execution of Detailed Performance
Test Plans.
4+ years’ experience in Performance Test Monitoring tools.
Strong understanding of .Net 4.5, Windows 2003-2008R2 and SQL 2005, 2008,
2012 AlwaysOn environments.

*Role and Responsibilities*
Analyze the application and provide a model for performance testing.
Work closely with the development, database, QA , Security and IT teams to
test and benchmark application performance and drive toward continuous
improvement of the performance testing coverage.
Focus on production stability, continuous improvement, standardization and
customer experience.
Build performance test environment and infrastructure including setting
goals for the performance testing.
Design, develop and execute performance tests in the early software
development cycle to find any performance roadblocks.
Analyze performance test results, and publish metrics and log defects;
escalate defects as appropriate and drive to resolution.
Provide the risk management for the performance model.
Identify and allocate budgets for the performance model.
Evaluate and select performance test tools.
Evaluate model to ensure you meet the company’s performance objectives.
Apply various test processes and methodology that best fits the particular
project that may include network and end user simulation, scalability and
failover testing, and application profiling.
