Ensuring the security and accessibility of program resources in a dynamic environment in an ever-changing atmosphere. - Installation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 to Microsoft Office 365 integration in the Development, Test, and Production Environment - Installation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 USDA applications in Development, Test, and Production Environment on Azure IAS - Leading and coordinating the work of an integrated project team comprised of multiple technical disciplines, specifically including developers, subject matter experts, database administrators, system administrators, and system architects, to implement and maintain enterprise-level information technology applications. - Managing the installation, configuration & maintenance along with performance & availability of national systems. Ensuring the security and accessibility of program resources in a dynamic environment in an ever-changing atmosphere. - Serving as a technical advisor to management concerning the planning, development, design, procurement, maintenance and implementation of enterprise-level systems. - Planning and assigning work to be performed by coworkers based on organization priorities, advising coworkers on both technical and administrative matters, and evaluating the ongoing performance of application systems. - Serving as technical authority over operating system support, logical & physical design, systems architecture planning, development, risk management, implementation, administration of systems for the acquisition, storage & retrieval of program data; analyzing requirements, design specifications; designing, developing, installing & implementing of program applications. - Performance tuning, backup & recovery of systems; installing, configuring & maintaining systems software; analyzing & planning for changes; evaluating & providing recommendations on new systems, performance and security as required. Great attention to detail is required based on the complexity of the environment and the operation of the VS applications. - Knowledge of emerging technologies is a must along with extensive technical knowledge of interrelationships between systems and dataflow technologies. - The contractor must have expert knowledge of deploying and administering suite of tools, both desktop and server-based. Knowledge of database administration, systems hardware, and software integration is required. - Contractor must have an excellent working knowledge of database development tools, structured query language, database application analysis and design techniques, requirements and methods. Contractor must possess extensive technical and practical knowledge of software development and testing cycles. - Contractor must have test engineering experience and understanding of testing principles. In addition, contractor must have programming and scripting (any of Perl, VBScript, UNIX Shell scripting, Java, Javascript, C++) experience. - With this knowledge, contractor must have strong analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills. Contractor must have unique skills in test design, bug reporting and problem isolation.
