*Role : Java Lead Developer * *Location : Irvine, CA * *Duration : 12+ Months * *Interview : Phone / Skype * We have a need for a Java Lead for a *Student Information System project*. *Any Banner experience will be highly valued*. The person that was hired and fell off had Banner experience. *Must have GREAT Communication Skills to be the lead.* *Job Requirement:-* · *Dev Lead will lead 6-10 matrixed developers* who have shared resource allocation to SIS Project and primary OIT roles. · Will perform personal coding effort of approximately 30-40%. · Tech Stack is Java/J2EE, Spring MVC, PL/SQL. · Emphasis on back end. · Lead the shared resources in multiple, concurrent smaller projects: customizations, interfaces, integrations, import/export builds, more. · Conduct meetings, code reviews, PM responsibility, BSA responsibility. · There is no PMO and our leads wear multiple hats absorbing this responsibility.
