NOTE: CCNP Voice or CCVP Certification is mandatory for this role. *Role: *Voice Network Engineer *Location:* Dallas, TX *Duration: *12+ months Contract *Required Experience:* · Administration and Maintenance of Avaya Media Server – S8500, S8700, S8800 and Avaya Media Gateway (G350, G430 and G450) · Installing & maintaining AVAYA IP Phones. · Configuring Route Pattern, Hunt Group, ARS Analysis, AAR Analysis, UDP, Extensions, Coverage path, Abbreviated Dialing etc. · Performs enhancements/upgrades and applies patches as necessary to maintain the most efficient and effective technical environment possible. · Installation of Avaya CM 5.X and CM 6.x · Configuring Call Center setup as per the customer requirement. · Configuring and troubleshooting the IP soft phones, IP One X-Agent and IP One X Communicator.
