We have an immediate opening *for 2 AIX Administrators*
*Project Overview*:
Work with team of UNIX administrators in highly technical environment,
providing 24x7 supports for approximately 2200 UNIX operating systems in 2
Data Centers. Predominately AIX, with varied levels of virtualization.
*MINIMUM SKILL REQUIREMENTS*:
· *UNIX systems* administrator {*AIX /SUN operating systems*}
· Minimum *5 years of experience in UNIX systems operations and
administration*
· Strong *AIX operating* system skills,
· *HACMP technology* and administration
· Knowledge of *SAN storage* management
*Hardware platform experience*
· *IBM pSeries*, including *Power 5 and Power 6, running AIX 5.x/6.x
*.
· Installation, configuration and maintenance of *AIX UNIX operating
* systems and associated component/tools.
· Expertise in AIX OS, with strong knowledge and practice in HACMP
clustering, network configurations, partition and virtualization
technology.
· Experience with *VIOS, HMC, MPIO, NPIV, Virtualization and
partition mobility*.
· Needs to have strong knowledge and practice on *SAN, EMC, XIV*,
etc.
· *Linux *knowledge desirable.
