The role would be to provide technical design, analysis, development and implementation of J2EE application. This is a role for a self starter that can hit the ground running. Senior J2EE Developer Profile - At least 7+ years of programming experience with JAVA /J2EE - Worked in large complex projects. - Team player with interest in learning new technologies. Mandatory Skills: - J2EE technologies (EJB, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, XML, MVC, Spring, Hibernate, JMS, JSF) - Worked on projects involving Spring Framework and Hibernate - Ajax, javascript, HTML, CSS. - Experience with webservices. - Working knowledge in SQL and databases: Oracle, DB2 - Worked with patterns and frameworks. - Worked with tools such as Eclipse, RSA, SVN and JUnit. - Worked with Application Servers (IBM WebSphere preferred) - Strong understanding of OO analysis and design, ability to troubleshoot problems, reproduce, isolate and fix defects Desirable Skills: - Experience with Rules Engine (Blaze Advisor prefered) - Experience using UML design tools - Comfortable with Agile and Extreme Programming development methodologies - Knowledge of LDAP and Directory server.
