Position: Tester with MF Location: Baltimore, MD Duration: 6-9 months Rate:40/hr DESCRIPTION This is a senior level position: The incumbent will join a team tasked with improving testing processes, including development or use of new tools and methodologies. In addition to having expertise in testing CICS, Web, and batch applications, the incumbent must have strong analytical skills As a member of a team that will interact with and support a large group of analysts and developers, the incumbent must have excellent communications skills, including the ability to: - provide technical guidance and training to other test analysts - communicate effectively in many venues, including person-to-person discussions and large-group presentation settings JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Experience and skill sets: Analyze testing needs across a complex array of systems and data structures; Analyze automated and manual testing processes to uncover problems or inefficiencies Analyze requirements, design documents, and applications to define a system's testing needs Develop, document, and implement testing process improvements Thoroughly plan, document and perform tests for systems using test automation tools Plan & perform test data handling tasks, including defining data selections, and executing unload/load/search utilities to support testing Strong knowledge in Testing with relational or hierarchical databases such as DB2 or IDMS Test automation tools such as WINRUNNER and Quick Test Pro Data handling tools such as CULPRIT, File-Aid for DB2 or similar tools Artifact tracking tools such as MKS and Quality Center We Appreciate your business, Sam S Dut JInfo Systems Inc.
