Location: Allentown, PA Interview: Phone Followed By Face-To-Face *Description: * · Meter Deployment Monitoring · Meter Network Infrastructure Monitoring · Meter Analysis within the Meter Operations Center (MOC). *Key Area:* · Deployment Monitoring: Ensuring that meter deployment is progressing as planned, and identifying issues that may impact deployment. · Network Operations: Ensuring that routers and collectors – which support the meters in the field - are communicating · Meter Operations: Ensuring that meters are communicating and that the data received is complete and accurate. · Meter SLS Performance: Ensuring that the communication between the network and meters is optimized and meeting necessary SLA’s. *Responsibilities:* · Monitor MIx Director workbenches and indicators to understand patterns and trends, and action as per Standard Operating Procedures. · Understand data sources, including systems interfaced, timing of data ingestion and how the data is used. · Follow Standard Operating Procedures, including: · Monitor Network Deployment · Monitor Network Operations · Monitor import log for issues with data ingestion.
