Please share suitable profiles towards below position to vi...@pronixinc.com *Position: Supply Chain BA* *Location: Parsippany, NJ* *Duration: Long Term* *Job Description* · Perform analysis and daily functional support of the PeopleSoft Supply Chain modules and other non-Oracle applications that are of a high-level of complexity and business impact under minimal supervision. · Work closely with business personnel to understand and document the business requirements, and ensure that developed and purchased applications meet the business needs across the organization. · Consult with members of the business community (at all levels) to identify current operation procedures, clarify program objectives, interpret and evaluate business requirements and design and execute test scripts and test scenarios in a fast-paced team-oriented environment. *Duties and Responsibilities* · Provide day-to-day end-user application support as appropriate. · Elicit, document, and analyze assigned project’s business/functional requirements, process flows, and use case scenarios · Collaborate with the PMO, QA and development teams · Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing efforts · Understand and follow established business process methodology, standards, procedures, and guidelines · Participate in or lead efforts to evaluate, select and justify third party software, vendors and/or service providers. · Lead business requirement gathering activities of moderate to high complexity and medium to large size to support team assignments and objectives · Communicate through progress reports, user documentation and formal presentations to teams and management · Participate or lead cross-functional business and system process improvement efforts. *Competencies* · Demonstrated ability to think logically, critically, and constructively about complex problems, clearly communicate findings of analysis, and propose solutions that address the needs. · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Strong interpersonal, collaboration and team skills · Ability to make effective decisions under pressure *Professional Experience and Education* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management Information Systems or related experiences · 8 years’ experience working with business users in a formal Business Analyst role · 5 years’ experience supporting a complex manufacturing environment on PeopleSoft (preferred) or similar enterprise class ERP system · Industry experience in specific business and ERP modules in one or more major functional areas such as Order Management, Production Management, Supply Chain Management · Certified Business Analysis Professional Certification or similar certification is a plus § APICS CPIM Certification § APICS CSCP Certification Thanks and Regards, Vijay Ramagiri *ProNix* *Inc* Ph: 732-902-0910 / Fax: 732 909 2000 vi...@pronixinc.com <s...@pronixinc.com> / *www.pronixinc.com <http://www.pronixinc.com/> / "E-Verify Employer"* Note: This is not an unsolicited mail.
