DESCRIPTION Responsible for analysis, design, coding and testing of new or enhancements to existing GIS-based applications using Java-based technologies, including Java, J2EE, JSP, XML, JDBC, and Servlets. Requires experience developing applications using ArcSDE and ArcGIS Server, SDLC concept and have a proven track record of delivering solid, robust applications. Requires a solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming. Strong communication skills are required as position will interact with business owners. Required skills include Java J2EE, JSF, Javascript, HTML, ArcGIS Server development, ArcSDE development. 6+ years of prior Java development experience required.
