Title: Senior Telecommunications Engineer posted on 2014-03-18 08:22:01 Job Description:*Senior Telecommunications Engineer (IT)* *Duration:** 5 Months* *Location: Irvine, CA* *Job Description:* Responsible for complex engineering and/or analytic tasks and activities associated with one or more technical areas within the telecom function such as network design, engineering, implementation, or operations/user support - Engineer will be in an implementation and operational support group troubleshooting an enterprise network and needs a high degree of analysis troubleshooting and data capture skills in Cisco CSS and Citrix Netscaler devices. CN Engineer will need to be proficient building and creating CN rules and policies. This position may require 90% CN 10% network support/problem resolution. CN Engineer will be responsible for operational tasks supporting high availability, rapid recovery and restoration of a complex and large network environment. Proactively monitor and manage all productions network systems to maximize system availability. Analyze and ensure the resolution of technical and client problems while providing quality customer service. Evaluate and develop network/operational solutions to fulfill business requirements. CN Engineer will lead resolution and recovery efforts of cross-functional technicians and troubleshoot issues reported by proactive alarming or problem notifications reported by end-users.
