The HRIS Architect will collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs)
and HR Business Partners to design solutions that leverage Oracle HR suite
of applications and its integration with 3rd party function specific
applications. This role will also support contingent labor vendor
management system.

The position will be the HRIS liaison with our IT organization and other
functional areas such as finance, accounting, compliance, etc. The
incumbent will serve as a change agent through effective partnership with
the CoEs and HRBPs to plan and implement system functionality and process
changes. The incumbent will partner with HR Business Services team members
to deliver accurate HR data and excellent HR customer service to employees.

The position is responsible for the implementation of new extensions or
applications as required and serves as an Architect, with overall
responsibility for project implementations as assigned.



 *Responsibilities*

•          Provide System design and application analyst
support/development of any new HR implementations and/or enhancements of
existing HR systems including Oracle Core HR, Payroll, Comp Workbench, OAB
(Advanced Benefits), OTL (Time and Labor) and Self-Service modules.

•          Act as liaison between business users, IT, and system vendors to
ensure required interfaces are maintained and new projects are implemented
as required by the business.

•          Defines user security profiles and maintains them across all HR
systems. Ensures managers of users periodically review access and confirms
valid user rights

•          Develop and deliver requirements specifications, gap analysis,
technical designs, and data mapping document and process flows as required.

•          Partner with or lead the business in development and
implementation of change management plans (training and communications) in
support of system enhancements or new implementations.

•          Ownership of system unit testing and integration testing
including the documentation of test plans and test results.

•          Lead the business to complete and document functional testing
including conference room pilots and UAT cycles. Resolve all issues to the
satisfaction of the business users

•          Understand new HR technologies and evaluate their relevance to
the HR operations

•          Support the development of interfaces and data conversions
between Oracle HR and third party vendors

•          Analyze production issues and work with business owners to
resolve them.

•          Execute functional setup of Oracle R12

•          Follow IT SOX Change Control process

•          Use Oracle AIM as applicable

•          System administration of non-Oracle HR applications

•          Develops and maintains help tools and FAQs to improve end user
experience. Monitors and delivers SME training on HR systems

•          Evaluate, establish and manage external partner relationships
including RFP processes, engagement activities and SLA definition.

•          Indirectly lead cross-functional teams of internal and external
team members



*Experience and Required Skills: *

·         10-15 years’ experience in a HRIS capacity working closely with
or in a Technology department

•          Implementation experience working with vendors providing cloud
based and on premise HR solutions.

•          10+years of experience with Oracle Application HR modules in
Release 11

•          5 + Years of experience with Oracle Application HR modules in
Release 12

•          Working knowledge of Oracle configurations for R12 E-Business
Suite: functional module setups, profile options, flex-fields, functional
module interfaces, WEBADI, BI Publisher, and User Hooks.

·         10+ Years of experience with Workflow & AME customizations; Self
Service Personalizations; custom security profiles.

•          10+ Years of reporting using BI Publisher and PL/SQL reporting
using Public APIs.

•          Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•          Experience in developing and executing organizational change
management plans

•          Ability to lead cross-functional teams of both internal and
external members in a matrix environment

•          Intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel, MS Project, and
PowerPoint

•          Previous experience with leading RFP (request for proposals)
process

•          Ability to lead with courage through influence and diplomacy

•          Strong drive for results and excellent time management skills

•          Excellent customer focus and relationship building skills
