6+ months First and foremost we expect our Product Owners to be leaders. In tandem with the lead engineer they are the clearinghouse for all activity relating to the product including concept & usability testing, feature prioritization, deployment, development of - and measurement against - KPIs. *Experience* · 4+ years of product development experience using agile software development techniques. · The candidate has *at least one* substantive experience of having taken a product from concept to scale as the principal product owner. · Practical experience of, and “a view” on, modern, lean product development theory and techniques including the use and application of MVPs and concepts such as problem-solution fit and product-market fit. *Note:* We’re looking for candidates who have done this in practice, not just read the books. · Experience of leading user research including qualitative conceptual research & usability testing, as well as a range of quantitative techniques.
