*Position : Drupal Developer* *Location : Washington DC * *Duration : Long Term* *Job Type : C2C/W2/1099 – (Only GC’s, GC-EAD And Citizens)* *Interview Type : Phone Interview / F2F for locals.* *Primary Skills : Drupal and PHP* *Requirements:* - Proven software development experience in Drupal. - Experienced in the optimization and fine tuning existing Drupal code is required. - Strong programming experience in Drupal, PHP is required. - Should be skilled in various aspects of web development using PHP, and Drupal 7. - 9-12 + years of relevant experience in web application development and experience with enterprise scale Drupal development is required. - Work with REST services. - Understanding of Drupal architecture. - Know caching (varnish, memcache, etc…). - Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Javascript, AJAX etc... - Experience with GIT, Drush, MySQL and Apache. - Experience with Vagrant and SOLR is a plus. - Should have good understanding and experience with the Drupal API.
