QA Test Lead Location:Dallas, TX Duration:9-12 month EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college/university. 2. Five years of experience in a leading testing projects and responsible for Functional testing, database testing, and of projects with onshore /offshore relationship. 3. Applicant must have proven experience in Test Management, Test Strategy, Test Governance, Documenting Test Scenarios/Cases, Defect Management and Performance Testing results. 4. Applicant must have strong leadership skills and lead the offshore/nearshore vendor and testing efforts of the data warehouse project. 5. Applicant must have experience testing Oracle order management, inventory management, invoicing and Ebusiness/Finance in onshore/offshore relationship. 6. Demonstrated experience in analytical ability, judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and IT management and various teams. 8. Demonstrated ability to work effectively and harmoniously as part of a test team within a project-service-organization, 9. Establishes and implements a QA schedule calendar to effectively deploy QA resources (onshore/offshore) across multiple projects 10. Ability to comprehend complexity, to fully understand a product with all of its business and technological implications, and to approach the improvement of its quality from that perspective. 11. Proven experience in ? Test Lead in Ebusiness/Finance testing and offshore / nearshore testing model practice. ? Oracle inventory management, order management, invoicing and OBIEE reports. 12. Ability to understand business processes and formulate/execute a testing strategy in support of that process. 13. Excellent project management skills with an emphasis on driving and managing change in a complex environment. 14. Expert proficiency in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills at all levels of the organization. 15. Proven ability to manage scope and budget and meet tight implementation schedules. 16. Ability to work in a heterogeneous organization (internal, outsourcing, off-shoring), and in an international, multicultural company. 17. Willing to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. 18.
