Role: DW/BI tester · Location: Portland, Maine · Hourly rate: $45/hr · *Test Lead Job Description:* *SCOPE OF WORK:* * Work with onshore Team members to understand requirements for each task affecting any component of application. * Prepare Test strategy and plan (based on TD Standards) * Person will be responsible for working with technical staff in planning, executing, and documenting testing. * Handle team of 4-5 testers. * Learn individual components of system to execute of comprehensive test plans. * Follow and enhance developed testing processes, procedures, or methodologies. Document test cases to meet desired test coverage goals. * Work to minimize risk by identifying, communicating issues/risks in advance. Must have solid communication skills in order to be able to raise defects, conduct test planning, test execution status meetings with senior client staff * Report the status of work on regular basis as per the communication channel decided. * Building Test plan, Test Scripts and execute Test Scripts in Quality Center. *REQUIRED SKILLS:* * Oracle, PL/SQL * Must be able to write complex queries and tune them. ** Data warehousing testing experience.
