Position: Qa Analyst with Mainframe Location: Baltimore, MD Duration: 9-12 months Rate:$35/hr DESCRIPTION BA/BS in related field, 6 years of progressive experience may be substituted for degree. Excellent understanding of industry standard testing methodologies, processes, and procedures Experience in system testing of multi tier applications with Mainframe. Experience in Web/Internet testing, mainframe, and database testing a must. Experience in writing SQL scripts to automate testing tasks. Experience with automated testing tools (WinRunner, QTP). Metrics gathering, analysis, and reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly motivated team player who performs well in a team-oriented environment. Good communication/interpersonal skills and candidate must be customer service oriented. Three (3) or more years of specific experience in the following: TestDirector, WinRunner, QuickTestPro, SQL, Excel, Word, and Visio. Knowledge of Test Methodology, Writing Test Plans, Validation Plan, Test Summary Report and other related testing Artifact.
