This opportunity is a very technically challenging career focused on Aflac’s Integration platforms of Systinet, webMethods, Amberpoint, TeamWorks, and WebSphere running on Windows and Solaris platforms. The job will consist of some of the following: · Participate in all system management activities including software upgrades, capacity planning, and performance monitoring and tuning · Support the design and implementation of future WebSphere, and/or WebMethods topologies · Interact with software, network, database, and Unix administrators to seamlessly implement solutions to complex technical issues · Experience in J2EE technology such as JMS, JDBC, JNDI is preferred · Experience with Windows, IIS, Unix and Networking is preferredThe ideal candidate must reflect the following: · Demonstrated strong analytical thinking or logic skills · Strong problem solving skills · Proven skills in attention to details and abilities to execute effectively on multiple concurrent tasks · Strong written and verbal communications with prior responsibility in the interface with clients utilizing service oriented organizationsThe Requirements *Requirements* :- · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field and at least five years’ experience monitoring, analyzing, and maintaining computer system operations · Experience working in a multi-platform environment, including mainframe and/or distributed (preferred) · Microsoft MCSE (Windows 2000/2003) or MCSA (preferred)Core CompetenciesAction Oriented, Adaptability, Customer Service, Ethics and Values, Integrity and Trust, Listening Note: Skills should be mentioned in the resume.
