The individual will work to develop solutions that support the ITIL processes - Request with a solid understanding of Incident, Change processes as well as CMDB. Knowledge/Skills Qualified candidates must have: 1+ year of application development experience proficiency in standard office tools such as Outlook, Excel and Word strong analytical, estimating and problem solving skills excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills ability to explain technical information ability to be flexible, adaptable and learn new concepts quickly ability to work effectively in a team environment with aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities positive can-do attitude Description: Major Duties: Develop Service Requests once handed requirements. Service requests will require input into a portal, Screen development and workflow. Develops, manages and tests application code, user interface and third-party integration components using prescribed application development guidelines. Provides process and technical solution options, risks and impacts. Ensures quality work product. Ability to manage multiple Service Requests going in at the same time. Agile Development Recognizes and reports issues before they adversely impact the project schedule. Respond to incidents Creates and maintains process documentation for team and users. Help with functional and regression testing. The position can work remotely with some on site.
